The Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) has announced the three cleared aspirants for its presidential primaries scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2026, across the country.
They are: Dr. Nnaoke Ufere from Abia State, Engr. (Dr.) Yakubu Mohammed Kingsley from Edo State and Donald Duke, a former Governor of Cross River State.
In a statement signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Comrade Muhammed Ishaq, the party said ot takes pride in the calibre of its aspirants, whose dedication to democratic principles and commitment to teamwork have further strengthened the PRP.
“We are committed to conducting credible, transparent, and free primaries involving over 260 aspirants contesting for various elective offices, especially in instances where consensus is not achievable.
“The PRP remains steadfast in its resolve to uphold democratic values and ensure a fair process for all aspirants and party members,” the statement read in part.
