Nigeria’s Ikogosi Resort Headlines AFRIMMA 2026 in Dallas

Nigerian tourism destination, Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort in Ekiti State has been unveiled as the presenting sponsor of the 2026 AFRIMMA Music Festival, scheduled for 12 September at Annette Strauss Square in Dallas, Texas.

The partnership between the resort and the African music awards platform is expected to provide an international platform for promoting Nigeria’s tourism, cultural heritage and hospitality offerings.

The festival, themed “A Day in Africa,” will celebrate African music, cuisine, culture, tourism and entertainment, bringing together artists, DJs, creators, vendors and music enthusiasts from across the continent and beyond.

The event is expected to further showcase Africa’s rich cultural diversity while highlighting opportunities within the continent’s tourism and creative sectors.

Renowned for its unique warm and cold springs, Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort will leverage the platform to ‘promote the destination and introduce its tourism experience to visitors outside Nigeria.’

Speaking on the partnership, AFRIMMA founder Anderson Obiagwu said “the deal would go beyond music to champion African culture and destinations.”

“This partnership is bigger than music. AFRIMMA has always been about showcasing the very best of Africa to the world,” Obiagwu said.

“With Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort as our Presenting Sponsor, we have an opportunity to use the global power of African music to shine a spotlight on Nigeria’s incredible tourism, beauty, and culture,” he noted.

He disclosed that the festival would give attendees the chance to experience different aspects of African culture through music, food and tourism.
