Anambra Central APC Candidate Urges Voters to Support Party

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Candidate for Anambra Central Senatorial District in the 2027 general election, Senator Uche Ekwunife, has urged the electorate to work assiduously to deliver the party at all levels in the forthcoming polls.

Senator Ekwunife made the during the APC Anambra Central Meeting held in Awka.

According to her, APC has the structure and formidable personalities required to secure victory from the Presidency to the National and State Assemblies.

“Winning elections is not rocket science. It is achievable through dedication, hard work, prayers and mobilisation across all frontiers,” Ekwunife said.

Servant Leadership

The former federal lawmaker gave assurance that if elected to represent Anambra Central in 2027, her constituents would enjoy servant leadership and vibrant representation as witnessed during her stints in both the Green and Red Chambers.

She urged party members to adopt a top-to-bottom approach by voting for President Bola Tinubu and all other candidates flying the party’s flag.

In his remarks, the APC Deputy National Chairman (South), Dr Ben Nwoye, eulogised Senator Ekwunife for her leadership acumen and commitment to the ideals of the party.

He described Anambra as a special case for the APC, noting that the party parades credible leaders with the capacity to represent the state effectively.

The APC Zonal Women Leader, Dr. Oby Achi described Ekwunife’s candidacy as a blessing to the zone and called on stakeholders to unite and work collectively to deliver the party.

Also speaking, the APC Candidate for Idemili North and South Federal Constituency, Kingsley Ezekwelu, commended Senator Ekwunife for convening the meeting and charged party members to unite to ensure victory for all APC candidates in the 2027 polls.

Ezekwelu assured his constituents of effective representation and dividends of democracy if elected.

Re-echoing the views of other stakeholders, the APC candidate for Anaocha/Dunukofia/Njikoka Federal Constituency, Elijah Onyeagba, said the 2027 general election present an opportunity for the party in the state to prove its strong presence.

The former Nigerian Ambassador to Burundi charged party officials to ensure they deliver the party at their various wards and polling units.
