Antonio Banderas to star in Indiana Jones 5

Mercurial Spanish actor Antonio Banderas will star opposite Harrison Ford in the upcoming production Indiana Jones 5.

The fifth installment of the Indiana Jones franchise  is currently in production in the United Kingdom.

This time however, it is being handled by Disney studios.

It is still not clear the exact character Banderas will play; but he will surely line-up as a villain opposite Ford.

Banderas, 60, was introduced to Hollywood in 1991 while on tour with musician Madonna.

He has starred in some fascinating films such as The Mambo Kings (1992), Philadelphia (1993), Desperados (1995),  Evita (1996) and The Mask of Zorro (1998).
