Davido reacts to the success of his album ‘Timeless’

Nigerian award-winning singer, David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido has taken to his social media handle, to react following the huge success of his recently released album, album.

According to chart data, singer Davido’s Timeless album becomes the first African album to reach number on the U.S iTunes.

Recall that on March 31st 2023, Davido released his fourth studio album, Timeless that is made up of 17 tracks after taken a 6 months break from social media.

Despite the fact the album was welcomed with mixed reactions as many doubts if it will shatters already made records by the singer, the album has been doing so well on music streaming platforms across the world.

Davido has created a challenge for the hit song, Unavailable and in less than a week many music lovers have jumped on the sog challenge.

Chart Data via official Twitter handle wrote; @davido’s Timeless becomes the first African album in history to reach #1 on US iTunes.

Responding to the tweet, Davido via the insta-stories section of his verified Insatgram page confirms the tweet and noted that he is the first African singer to do that.

Davido reposted the tweet and accompanied it with the caption; “Did that!!.” See screenshot below;
