Nasarawa state Speaker mourns demise of Governor Sule’s son, Hassan

Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Balarabe Abdullahi, has described the death of Hassan, the son of the state Governor, Abdullahi Sule as a great shock and painful loss to the entire State.

Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi, described the deceased as a promising, humble, and cherished young man, and prayed to God to forgive his shortcomings, grant him paradise and comfort the family.

He condoled with Governor Abdullahi Sule, the State First Lady, Hajiya Silifat Abdullahi Sule, the entire family and the State.

Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi who described death as inevitable to every mortal that will occur whenever God so desired, urged Governor Abdullahi Sule, his family, friends to see his demise as the will of God and continue to pray for the repose of his soul.

“We woke up this morning with the sad and shocking news of our dear son, Hassan, the son of his Excellency Governor Abdullahi Sule, what can we say, God Almighty is the sole giver and taker of life, …. may the Almighty Allah accept all his good deeds, forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljanatul Firdausi as his final abode and comfort us all” the Speaker added.

The death of Hassan was confirmed on Friday by Mr Ibrahim Addra, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.

Addra said that the deceased died on Thursday night after he was discovered unconscious in front of his apartment and taken to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.

He will be buried at Gudi, Akwanga Local Government Area of the state in accordance with Islamic rites.
