Covid-19: Nigeria confirms 48 new cases

Nigeria has confirmed 48 new cases of Covid-19. This brings the total number of the confirmed cases to 166,146 with 156,529 Discharged and 2,071 Deaths.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, made the announcement via its Official Twitter handle, @NCDCgov on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021.

The breakdown of the new cases is as follows; Lagos-22, Rivers-11, Enugu-11, Kaduna-2,  FCT-1 and Gombe-1.
