Security personnels were not seen at the polling Unit, Ward 1 and Ward 3 of Oreado Local government in Edo state, Southern Nigeria.
The Accreditation is yet to commence at the Local government at the compound Ogbe primary school.
Exhorti primary school polling units were full of prospective voters who were patiently waiting for INEC officials to arrive.
Meanwhile, only 1 adhoc staff was seen bringing down election materials from the bus as the INEC officials are yet to arrive.
