Ondo State Voters Cast Votes Peacefully

Voters in Ondo state have demonstrated orderliness and calm as they casted their votes in the ongoing presidential and National Assembly elections.

Voice of Nigeria reports that in Akure north and Ondo east local government areas of Ondo state, accreditation and voting commenced as early as 9:00am in the morning.

Meanwhile, voters arrived early in the morning, and waited patiently on queues to be attended to by INEC officials. Many voters trickled to their polling units as early as 7:00am local time.
Police, NSCDC among other security agents were also on ground to maintain peace and order at various polling units in the state.
