President Buhari has departed Abuja for London, for routine medical check-up.
The aircraft conveying him departed the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja, at about 13:30 GMT.
Presidential Spokesperson, Femi Adesina had in a statement informed Nigerians of the President’s trip to the UK.
Adesina said the President is expected back in the country by the second week of next month.
The Nigerian leader was accompanied on the visit by his personal physician, Dr Sanusi Rafindadi and other personal aides.
