At almost 7pm local time, many voters are still waiting in Federal Government College, Enugu North in South-East Nigeria to cast their votes.
Though many voters came out en mass as early as 7:30am to vote, the INEC officials arrived at almost 10:30am.
At exactly 6:35pm,almost a thousand voters are still on the queue waiting to cast their votes.
Asides from the lateness, the exercise has been hitch free in most of centres visited.
