Nigerian Singer Rema set for London Concert

Nigerian famous Afrobeats singer, Rema has revealed he will be performing at London’s 20,000-capacity O2 Arena in November.

Rema disclosed this on his Instagram post on Tuesday, noting that, the concert is scheduled to hold on November 14, 2023.

According to the Singer, there will be a pre-sale of the tickets, starting at 10am on Wednesday.

He further explained that the general on-sale for tickets will begin at the same time on Friday.

“I can’t wait to have this unforgettable night with y’all @theO2london,” he wrote.

“Pre-sales goes live @10am tomorrow & general on sale @10am on Friday #remaattheo2Nov14,” he added.

Rema’s real name is Divine Ikubor, he is a Nigerian artist. Rema is enjoying massive reception from music lovers all over the world, since he came into the limelight.

He has released several hit songs including ‘Dumebi, ‘Bad Commando’, and ‘Iron Man’, among others.

His 2022 chart-topping track ‘Calm Down’ has garnered millions of streams across music platforms.

The singer later enlisted Selena Gomez, the US songstress, for the remix of the song in August 2022.

Calm Down’ went platinum in the UK on March 3.

With over 448 million views — as of May 2 — the video of the song is the most-viewed Nigerian music video on YouTube.

Recently, ‘Calm Down’ became the second-longest charting no 1 African song in India.

It also made history as the highest-charting Afrobeats song on the Billboard Hot 100.
