The lawmaker representing Oshodi-Isolo constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Olusola Shokunle says a symbiotic relationship between the various tiers and agencies of government will only serve to better the lot of Nigerians and the many challenges facing the country.
He stated this while on an inspection tour of road rehabilitation works in his constituency.
Shokunle decried the seeming rivalry between different actors in government, noting that such tendencies would only further worsen the plight of the people.
“Where there is the synergy we should not have such; same project, same constituency, from different lawmakers, it is wrong and unethical.”
The lawmaker enjoined politicians to live up to their promises to the people while assuring his constituents of further government intervention.
Over fifteen major roads in Oshodi- Isolo local government are currently undergoing rehabilitation from the intervention programme of the lawmaker.
