The fifth edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League will take place from 8 to 21 November 2025 in Egypt with two games headlining the opening day’s action. It will be the second time the country hosts the competition, following the inaugural edition in 2021.
The tournament will be played at the Suez Canal Stadium in Ismailia and the Right to Dream Stadium in Cairo.
15 de Agosto de Akonibe from Equatorial Guinea will face USFAS Bamako of Mali in the tournament’s opening game. It will kick-off at 3pm CAT.
Both sides are making their debut appearances in the competition’s finals.
The opening match will also see FC Masar (Egypt) face AS FAR (Morocco) in Ismailia, offering a 100% North African clash.

The winner of the 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League will advance to the final qualifying round of the FIFA Women’s Club World Cup 2026.
The African champions will face Wuhan Chegu Jiangda WFC in December 2025, with the winner earning a place at the finals in London from 28 January to 1 February 2026.
