Nigerian singer-songwriter, Keziah Jones has made his Riyadh debut at the Saudi Arabia Museum of Contemporary Art at Jax (SAMoCA), performing as part of the SAFAR live music programme.
Jones played a set that combined blues, funk, and other musical influences, drawing on his Yoruba heritage.
The performance included; ‘guitar solos, rhythmic arrangements, and live improvisation.’
The SAFAR series, launched on 28 October 2025, is a ticketed outdoor concert programme featuring regional and international artistes. It runs alongside BIENALSUR 2025 and is designed to promote cultural exchange through music.

The series continues with multimedia duo Love & Revenge, performing Agmal Layali on 8 December, a reinterpretation of works by Egyptian singer Oum Kalthoum.
