Nigeria and the United Kingdom have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in security and counter-terrorism efforts.
In a statement by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kimiebi Ebienfa, the affirmation was made during a meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu and the United Kingdom’s National Security Adviser, Jonathan Powell, in Abuja on Tuesday.

The discussions focused on enhancing collaboration in addressing security challenges and deepening ongoing efforts to combat terrorism.
The meeting forms part of ongoing engagements between Nigeria and the United Kingdom aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and promoting peace, stability and security.
