Chinese President Xi Jinping says his country is ready to build a security partnership with Cambodia and collaborate in making sustained efforts to eliminate the persistent challenge of telecom fraud.
Xi made the remarks during a meeting in Beijing with Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) President and Senate President Samdech Techo Hun Sen, noting that China highly commends Cambodia’s determination and actions to crack down on telecom and online fraud.
