Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, has arrived in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, on a one-day visit to the state.
He touched down at the General Tunde Idiagbon International Airport, Ilorin, Kwara State, at about 12:10 GMT.
Upon arrival, the Vice President was received by Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and members of the State Executive Council.

VP Shettima is in the State to inaugurate the Kwara Garment Production Village and the newly built multi million naira Kwara Revenue House.
The Vice President will also attend the turbanning ceremony of the Kwara State Governor as the Sardauna of Kwara Emirate, to be performed by the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari.
