Nigerian Photographer Recreates Famous Monalisa Portrait using a Nigerian model
A Nigerian photographer “Ololade Moasoud” has recreated a portrait of the famous Monalisa Painting.
The photographer innovatively made use of a Nigerian model known as “Lucy Osunde” in recreating the famous Monalisa Portrait.
The Monalisa painting, according to Wikipedia is a half-length portrait painting done by Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci. Considering an archetypal masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance, it has been described as “the best known, most visited, most written about, most sung about, most parodied work of art in the world”.
According to a recent tweet posted by @volqx, shows the beautiful recreation done by this talented Nigerian photographer. This work of art has also attracted a lot of attention and recognition across social media handles promoting talent and creativity in Nigeria.
