In a statement signed by the convener of the Conference, Dr Jumai Ahmadu, the organisation also felicitated Princess Joan Jummai Idonije on her appointment as Chairman of the Governing Council of the Center.

The conference described the appointments as a recognition of competence, dedication, and years of commitment to the advancement of women and national development.

It noted that both appointees have consistently demonstrated passion for inclusive leadership, women empowerment, mentorship, and social transformation.
