Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy has been confirmed as the headline act for the halftime show at the maiden NFL regular-season fixture to be staged in France, according to organisers.
The Grammy Award-winning artiste is billed to perform at the Stade de France on Sunday, 25 October, when the New Orleans Saints take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2026 NFL Paris Game.
The booking marks yet another significant achievement for Burna Boy, whose blend of Afrobeat, reggae and dancehall has elevated him to worldwide fame.

With nine songs charting on the Billboard Hot 100, including his 2026 FIFA World Cup anthem ‘Dai Dai’ featuring Shakira which reached number one on Billboard’s Global Charts and has now exceeded one billion views on YouTube, Burna Boy has established himself as one of Africa’s most accomplished musical exports.
He clinched the Grammy for Best Global Music Album in 2021 for his album Twice As Tall.
The October encounter will be shown live in France on France Télévisions and beIN Sports, while L’Équipe will broadcast a delayed telecast.
The match forms part of the NFL’s most ambitious international expansion to date, with a record nine fixtures scheduled outside the United States this season.
Paris, Melbourne and Rio de Janeiro will each stage a regular-season game for the first time.
Kick-off is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. ET, 2:30 p.m. CEST.
