Following the commencement of online voters registration by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC in Ebonyi State Southeast Nigeria ,the State Government has urged its citizens who are eligible to go for their registration.
The state Honorable Attorney General HAG and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Cletus Ofoke made this appeal after the All Progressive Congress APC stakeholders meeting in Izzi Local Government Area of the State.
Barrister Ofoke reminded all eligible voters that it is only their voters card that could be used to elect a leader of their choice.
“Your voters card is your power to elect, put in your best to ensure you are registered. It’s for your own good, it would help you to elect a leader whom you desire“. He said.
Moreso, the Chairman Izzi Local Government Area, Mr Paul Nwogha said the APC meeting was to organize things in order ahead of forthcoming APC ward Congress.
He thanked the people of Izzi stakeholders for their peaceful manner during the meeting.
