The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has described Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as a pillar of support for President Bola Tinubu and vulnerable Nigerians.
Wike stated this in a goodwill message to the First Lady on her 66th birthday.
The minister commended her contribution to the transformation of the Abuja City Gate, saying the project demonstrated her support for the administration.
According to Wike, the First Lady’s role in the transformation of the City Gate reflected her commitment to the success of her husband’s administration.
He also commended the Renewed Hope Initiative, saying it had provided support to vulnerable Nigerians over the past three years.
Wike described Mrs Tinubu’s lifestyle as an inspiration to women across the country and prayed for her continued good health.
“At 66, the simple way of life of the First Lady, Mrs Oluremi Tinubu, CON, has remained an inspiration to women in the country, and it is my prayer that God will continue to uphold her,” he said.
He stated, “Most importantly, this new age is a confirmation of God’s love for her, and I pray that the good Lord will continue to grant her good health.”
The minister congratulated the First Lady on her 66th birthday and wished her many more years of service to Nigeria.
