FG Honours Ebi Bellas for Women Empowerment Drive

The Federal Government has lauded Ebi Bellas, a renowned fashion and empowerment brand, for her remarkable contributions to women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social development in Rivers State, as she celebrates 17 years of transformative impact.

The anniversary celebration, themed “Stitches to Spotlight,” is scheduled for Saturday, June 14th, 2025, at the Viczaac Multipurpose Hall, beside the NNPC Filling Station, along NTA Road, Port Harcourt. The event, which is open to the public with free registration, will feature customer appreciation, awards, a fashion runway, and an exhibition.

Officials from the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment commended the founder and CEO of Ebi Bellas for her unwavering dedication to uplifting women through skill acquisition, vocational training, and job creation initiatives. Her efforts, they noted, have gone beyond the private sector to include strategic partnerships with the Rivers State Government, particularly in advancing women’s economic empowerment and engaging youth through sustainable projects.

 The event is expected to attract dignitaries and notable personalities, including comedians MC Obakporo. MC Okon and Lady J of Wazobia FM. The guest speaker, Dr Festus Erewele, CEO of Excel & Grace Kapital, shall be at the occasion. Their participation underscores the dynamic connection between creativity, enterprise, and community service.

Ebi Bellas’ legacy of excellence will also be on full display through an exhibition of her fashion line, showcasing innovation, craftsmanship, and business leadership. Her brand has become a symbol of resilience and opportunity for countless women across the Niger Delta and beyond.
