The Arewa For Asiwaju (A4A) has unveiled 528 youth ambassadors in Kano State as part of its mobilisation efforts for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
At the unveiling ceremony on Wednesday, the group’s Director-General, Alhaji Muhammadu Abubakar, a former Minister of Defence and former Governor of Jigawa State, said the ambassadors would mobilise support for the President across Kano State’s 44 local government areas and 484 wards.
He described youth participation as important to political mobilisation and said the turnout at the event had strengthened the group’s confidence in its activities.
Badaru said the ambassadors were expected to engage communities across the state and communicate what the group described as the achievements of the Tinubu administration.

“We tell everyone that we don’t need propaganda for this campaign; what we are selling is not something that has done everything for the Northern region and we are going to showcase these projects plus human empowerment to garner votes for him”.
Speaking during the programme, the State Coordinator of the A4A, a Former State Minister for Housing, Abdullahi Tijjani Muhammad Gwarzo, explained that the selection of the Youths was done carefully to ensure that Youths of proven integrity are on board in the Campaign for the re-election of President Tinubu.
Gwarzo notes that projects that spread across the Northern region are going to be picked one by one and shown to every discerning voice that the President deserves the region’s massive votes.
“These Ambassadors are going to have other supporting agents at every ward who will now guide polling units to ensure that what was given to our President is what we get; doing this will further ensure sanity in the elections”.
Muhammadu Badaru Abubakar explained that soon they are going to inaugurate Abuja A4A and other liaison offices across the Federation.
