President Muhammadu Buhari is presiding over the virtual meeting of the Federal Executive Council at the conference room of the office of the First Lady.
Physically attending the meeting are Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari as well as the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Folashade Yemi-Esan.
Ministers present include those of Justice, Abubakar Malami, Finance, Zainab Ahmed, Power Mamma Sale and Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu.
Others are Babatunde Fashola, Works and Housing, Rotimi Amaechi, Transportation and Dr Osagie Ehanire, Health.
Other Ministers are participating from their various offices in Abuja.
The meeting was preceded by the swearing-in of five new Permanent Secretaries.
