President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Nigeria after concluding his working vacation in Europe.
The President arrived in Lagos from Paris, France, on Tuesday evening aboard the Nigerian Air Force One, which taxied into the Presidential Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport at about 6:22 p.m.
President Tinubu departed Nigeria on August 30 for London, where he spent one week before proceeding to Paris, France, as part of the working vacation.

During his stay in Paris, the President held engagements with French President Emmanuel Macron, including a private dinner at the Élysée Palace aimed at reinforcing relations between Nigeria and France.

He also met French businessman Vincent Bolloré and executives of the Bolloré Group for discussions on expanded investment in Nigeria’s creative and digital economy, including film, entertainment and fibre-optic infrastructure.
The Presidency had earlier announced an extension of the President’s working vacation by a few days, while stating that he remained engaged in the affairs of the country during his stay abroad.
President Tinubu returned through Lagos ahead of activities marking Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary and to honour the memory of the late Chief MKO Abiola.
