The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested thirteen suspected internet fraudsters in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
A statement by the EFCC says the arrest of the suspects was triggered by intelligence reports detailing their alleged involvement in internet fraud and other related offences.
The EFCC revealed that it recovered four cars, phones, laptops and other incriminating documents used in perpetrating the crime from the suspects adding that they would be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
