Voting is on-going in Enugu State, South-East Nigeria.
Voting which was scheduled to begin by 8.30 am, never started in some polling units even at about 12:30pm.
INEC officials and materials were seen arriving in some places such as Okpara Square, Government Technical College and a few other places.
However, at Ibagwa-Nike primary school, Idaw River Primary School, Uwani Secondary School, Obiagu road Primary School and many other voting centres, election materials and INEC officials arrived late and voting is on-going
