Nigerian Leader Congratulates Indian Prime Minister on Historic Service

Nigeria’s President,Bola Tinubu has congratulated Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, on becoming India’s longest-serving elected Prime Minister, describing the milestone as a testament to the confidence and trust reposed in his leadership by the Indian people.

President Tinubu in a personally signed congratulatory message said Prime Minister Modi’s achievement reflected his unwavering commitment to public service, national development and influential leadership on the global stage.

He noted that his stewardship had continued to inspire millions across the world.

The President stated that Prime Minister Modi’s record-breaking tenure reflects his commitment to public service, national development and global leadership, saying that his achievements have inspired millions across the world.

President Tinubu further highlighted his close ties with the Indian leader, describing Modi as a trusted ally and valued friend whose visionary leadership and dedication to India’s progress have earned his admiration over the years.

The Nigerian Leader also acknowledged Modi’s role in strengthening bilateral relations between Nigeria and India.

He noted that the Indian leader, a recipient of Nigeria’s national honour of Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON), had made significant contributions to deepening cooperation and friendship between the two countries.

The President wished Prime Minister Modi continued good health, wisdom and success as he continues to lead India, expressing confidence that the Asian nation would attain even greater heights under his leadership.
