President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has applauded Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, for his people-centred leadership and sustained investment in projects that advance human capital development across the state.
President Tinubu, in a congratulatory message issued by his Spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga, marking Governor Zulum’s birthday, specifically acknowledged his investments in rural clinics, schools and skill acquisition centres, describing the interventions as having far-reaching impact on the people.
The President also commended Governor Zulum’s pragmatism, ability to rally people around a common cause and efforts towards promoting national unity.

He described the Borno State Governor as an academic, visionary and reformist whose leadership has contributed to stability and deepened development in the state.
