Represented by a delegation led by the Commissioner for Tourism and Culture, Dr. Anieti Udofia and comprising the Commissioner for Women Affairs Mrs Inibehe Silas, the governor said Akwa Ibom State joined other Nigerians in celebrating the beauty queen ahead of her departure for Vietnam to represent the country at the prestigious international pageant.
