Israeli air strikes killed two Palestinians and destroyed two medicine warehouses near a hospital in Gaza on Saturday.
Palestinian health officials said two people were killed in an air strike in the Sheikh Radwan area of Gaza City. The Israeli military said those targeted were Hamas militants but did not provide further details.
In a separate strike, two warehouses used to store medical supplies for Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah were destroyed, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
Hours later, the Israeli military said it had struck a Hamas hideout near the hospital that was allegedly being used to store weapons. It added that other sites it said were being used by Hamas for weapons storage had also been targeted. The military said the operation was directed by the Shin Bet intelligence agency but did not provide evidence to support its claims.

The Health Ministry said two additional medicine warehouses and the hospital’s outpatient clinic were damaged in the strike. No injuries were immediately reported.
Hospital officials said the destroyed warehouses contained essential medical supplies, including dialysis materials for kidney patients, gauze and other items used in routine treatment and wound care.
Witnesses said the Israeli military had issued an evacuation warning before carrying out the strike in Deir al-Balah.
Hospitals and other civilian facilities are protected under international humanitarian law unless they are used for military purposes. Israel has repeatedly accused Hamas of operating from hospitals and other civilian sites, an allegation the group has denied.
The latest strikes came as uncertainty remained over a reported agreement on Hamas’ disarmament as part of efforts to end the Gaza war.
While United States President Donald Trump said this week that Hamas had agreed to lay down its weapons, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has not publicly commented on the proposal.
Meanwhile, Israel’s National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, rejected the reported agreement and insisted military operations against Hamas should continue.
