The meeting focused on ‘strengthening cooperation between the two ministries in areas including foreign policy implementation, national development planning, international partnerships, mission funding, and support for the Renewed Hope Agenda.’

Both sides stressed the importance of improved coordination in engaging development partners and ensuring that diplomatic efforts contribute directly to Nigeria’s economic growth and development priorities.

The visit highlighted the commitment of the two ministries to building stronger institutional ties and promoting a more coordinated approach to government policies.

Officials expressed confidence that the collaboration would enhance policy implementation, support sustainable development, and expand Nigeria’s international partnerships.
