President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated former Senator and insurance entrepreneur, Senator Yinka Omilani, on his 90th birthday, describing him as a statesman whose life has been defined by service, integrity and philanthropy.
In a congratulatory message issued by the Presidential Spokesperson, Amr Bayo Onanuga, the President described the Ode-Omu, Osun State-born elder statesman as a distinguished politician, entrepreneur, philanthropist and devoted Christian whose life exemplifies humility and enduring impact.
President Tinubu noted that Senator Omilani’s nine decades of life reflect God’s abundant grace, unwavering faithfulness and the rewards of purposeful living.
He also commended the nonagenarian’s sustained contributions to national development through his philanthropic investments in education, healthcare, youth empowerment and humanitarian causes, noting that they have transformed lives and created opportunities for many.
