Mr Sanya Omirin has emerged victorious in the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives primary election for the Atakunmosa East/West–Ilesa East/West Federal Constituency of Osun State, following a successful and widely participated primary process conducted by the party.
The result, which was announced after the conclusion of deliberations and voting by accredited party delegates, confirms Mr Omirin as the APC’s official candidate for the 2027 general election, thereby securing his return ticket to seek another mandate to represent the people at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly.
