Winners have emerged from the just concluded party primaries of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State for the House of Representatives.
In Oshodi- Isolo federal Constituency, Taiwo Ayedun emerged as the winner defeating the incumbent and other aspirants.
The same scenario played out in Kosofe federal constituency where a former Chairman of the local government, Dele Osinowo defeated the incumbent and other aspirants to claim the party ticket.
In Ikeja and Surulere Federal constituencies, popular Lagos politician, James Faleke and Fuad Laguda who are both incumbents were elected.
However, there were complaints of alleged irregularities in some areas of Lagos Mainland amongst others.
The party primaries were generally peaceful though late arrival of voting materials threatened the process at its commencement.
Results from other constituencies in the State are still being awaited.
