The Management of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital Abakaliki (AEFUTHA) in Ebonyi State has warned job seekers against fraudsters collecting money for recruitment into the institution.

The Director of Administration of the institution, Mr Callistus Okonkwo made this known to Journalists in Abakaliki, the state’s capital.

Okonkwo said the worst of it all, is that they front the name of the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the Hospital, Dr. Emeka Onwe Ogah, as his agent.

“The Management is by this notice alerting the general public that there is no job recruitment going on at AEFUTHA much more asking people to bring money, as recruitment is always advertised in National Dailies

“The general public is therefore warned in their own interest never fall prey to those wolves as they may be taking a risk that they alone will be liable to.

According to him, the management shall not be in a position to discuss any matter concerning giving out of money to anyone, as they never asked anybody to collect money on behalf of the CMD or any other member of the top management.
