El-Kanemi Warriors FC and Ikorodu City will battle in the final of the 2026 President Federation Cup, after winning their respective semi-final matches.
The President Federation Cup final will take place on June 27th at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria.
In Katsina, three-time Federation Cup champions, El-Kanemi Warriors, defeated Wikki Tourists 3-1 to book a place in the final. The victory earned the Maiduguri-based side a second consecutive appearance in the competition’s final.
Ikorodu City 1-1 Nasarawa United (4-2 on penalties)
Ikorodu City secured a place in the final after defeating Nasarawa United 4-2 on penalties at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin.
The semi-final encounter had ended 1-1 after regulation time and extra time.
Women’s Category
Meanwhile, quarter-final matches in the women’s category will commence on Thursday across designated venues.
In Benin City, Rivers Angels will square up against FC Robo Queens, while Heartland Queens tackle Ibom Angels in Aba.
In the other quarter-final encounters, Sunshine Queens lock horns with Confluence Queens in Benin City, while Edo Queens keep a date with Nasarawa Amazons in Anyigba, Kogi.
The winners of the quarter-final ties will advance to the semi-finals of the competition.
