Ebonyi State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress APC, Chief Stanley Okoroemeg has expressed the party’s commitment to ensuring the successful nomination and support of all party candidates in the upcoming local government elections within the state.
Okoroemegha stated this in Edda Local Government Area during the mega rally and campaign of the party for the forthcoming council election.
He said the state government has done a lot in improving the economy of the state for the past three years and as such deserves great support.

“The food prices have gone down courtesy of the APC-led government for the better wellbeing of the citizens,” Okoroemegha said.
He expressed confidence that APC would win all the chairmanship and councillorship positions in the election.
“Edda people are very advanced when it comes to politics, nobody will deceive us. Before now the death toll from accidents was high because of Iyere Hill, but after the construction of Iyere Bridge, no death has been recorded so far.
“The people of Edda will do the needful to make the Governor and the party happy in this month’s local government chairmanship and councillorship election,” Okoroemegha added.
Okoroemegha urged APC supporters to maintain peace at all times, irrespective of provocations from opposition political parties, insisting that issue-based campaigns, not violence, can win elections.
