Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has congratulated Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, on his re-election for a second term, describing the victory as a reflection of the confidence reposed in him by the people of Osun State.
In a statement issued on Monday by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo said Adeleke’s electoral victory demonstrated the trust the people of Osun State had placed in his leadership and commitment to advancing the state’s development over the next four years.
“The people’s mandate speaks volumes about their confidence in Governor Adeleke’s leadership and commitment to the progress of Osun State,” Soludo stated.

The Anambra Governor also commended the people of Osun State for their peaceful participation in the election, noting that their conduct underscored the strength of Nigeria’s democracy and reaffirmed the critical role of citizens in shaping the nation’s democratic future through the ballot.
He called on all political stakeholders in the state, including the ruling party, opposition parties and civil society organisations, to rise above partisan interests and work together to promote peace, unity and sustainable development.
According to Soludo, effective governance thrives when leaders set aside political differences and focus on shared development goals that improve the lives of the people.
The Governor wished Adeleke a successful second term and expressed confidence that his renewed mandate would be guided by wisdom, courage and magnanimity while delivering lasting benefits to the people of Osun State.
