The Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Hajiya Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, has urged Nigerians to embrace compassion, kindness, peace and unity as Muslims commemorate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Sulaiman-Ibrahim made the call in her Eid-al-Maulud message, urging citizens to reflect on the enduring values associated with the Prophet’s life and teachings.
She said the commemoration should remind Nigerians of the importance of compassion, humility, kindness, peace and love for one another.
“As we commemorate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), may this occasion remind us of the enduring values of compassion, kindness, peace, humility and love for one another.”
“The Minister also prayed for peace in homes, joy in the hearts of citizens and greater unity across the country.
“May this celebration bring peace to our homes, joy to our hearts and greater unity to our nation.”

She extended her Eid-Al-Maulud greetings to Muslim faithful across Nigeria while offering warm wishes to all Nigerians.
