The President of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ACCI, Dr Emeka Obegolu, has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic plane crash in Igbokoda, Ondo State, which claimed the lives of military personnel and crew members.
Dr Obegolu, in a condolence message, commiserated with President, Bola Tinubu, the Nigerian Armed Forces, the bereaved families and all Nigerians over the tragic incident.
He described the crash as a painful loss to the nation, noting that the deaths of the military personnel had further deepened the grief associated with the unfortunate incident.

The ACCI President extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased, particularly the loved ones of the military personnel who lost their lives in the crash.
“I prayed that God would grant them the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, ” he prayed.
Dr Obegolu also commended the relevant authorities and emergency responders for their efforts following the incident, while calling for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash to establish its cause and prevent a recurrence.
He urged Nigerians to keep the bereaved families, the Armed Forces and the entire nation in their prayers at this difficult time, stressing that the loss of lives was a solemn reminder of the sacrifices made by members of the nation’s security forces in service to Nigeria.
