The Niger State chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC has announced the results of its presidential primary election conducted through direct voting across the state, with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerging victorious after polling the highest number of votes.
According to the results sheet made available to journalists in Minna, President Tinubu secured a total of 175,504 votes to defeat his opponent, Stanley Osifo, who scored 5,248 votes in the exercise conducted across the 25 local government areas of Niger State.

The State Collation Officer and Governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umar Bago, announced the results shortly after the collation process was completed. He disclosed that a total of 212,465 party members participated in the primary election.
The result sheet was signed by the Chairman of the State Primary Election Committee, Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, and the committee Secretary, Adamu Tanko, while Mohammed Kuta Yahaya served as the election agent.
The All Progressives Congress presidential primary election was held on Saturday, May 22, 2026, across all the 25 local government areas of the state.
